Refund policy

Store Policies: Each piece is carefully sourced and often on-of-a-kind. For this reason, all sales are final at time of purchase.

All furniture purchases are final at the time of sale. Delivery arrangements are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be coordinated with third-party delivery providers recommended by the store. If delivery services are unavailable, or if delivery charges are declined by the customer, the order may be canceled. In such cases, a 5% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

All Little Greene paints are tinted to order, therefore there are no returns or refunds.

Little Greene wallpaper can be returned within 3 months of purchase, unopened, in resell-able condition, with receipt, if the design is still current.
