Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new collection launches), processing may take longer.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States.

Local Pickup
If you are local, you may select Free In-Store Pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready.*
*All orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.
Furniture/Large Items
These items can be picked up in store, or we can put you in touch with our preferred shippers for home delivery. All purchases must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Dapper Bleu is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist as much as possible, but replacement/refunds are subject to investigation by the carrier.
Damages
Dapper Bleu is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at dapperbleu@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item/packaging.
