A striking vintage silk scarf featuring an intricate collection of antique locks, keys, chains and decorative hardware in rich navy, ivory and soft powder blue. The detailed illustrations have the character of antique engravings, with ornate padlocks, unusual lock forms and elaborate keys arranged across the silk.
Finished with a hand-rolled edge. The original sewn-in label has been removed, with a small remnant remaining at the edge. Maker unknown.
